Born and raised in the Northern neck, Johnny and his wife, Melinda, raise their 4 kids and live in Northumberland County. Johnny began his service to the public at age 16 by volunteering with the local fire dept. He remains active today and serves as the Assistant Chief of Fairfields Vol. Fire Dept. in Burgess/Reedville. Johnny has worked in Law Enforcement for 26+ years and is currently the Sheriff of Northumberland County.
