Owned and managed a janitorial business In northern Virginia and Washington DC for 18 years. Began my real estate career in 2009 Selling and leasing commercial real estate in southern Maryland. I worked on deals from 10,000 dollars to 28 million dollars and completed in excess of 250,000,000 in transactions before moving home to the northern neck in 2015. As a 3rd generation “from here” resident Peggy and I completed the construction of our home in 2017. I jumped back into the business in 2017 here in the northern neck. We live in Heathsville on the water on 13 acres with three dogs, three cats and about thirty-five egg laying chickens! I currently serve as President of Fairfields Volunteer Fire Department, I believe in giving back and serving the community I have loved since I was a boy. My daughter joined me in the business and has brought her more youthful excitement and open mind to the art of explaining real estate with the complications we have here in the Northern Neck, adding value through completely understanding what we are selling or buying. Born and raised in the Northern neck, Johnny and his wife, Melinda, raise their 4 kids and live in Northumberland County. Johnny began his service to the public at age 16 by volunteering with the local fire dept. He remains active today and serves as the Assistant Chief of Fairfields Vol. Fire Dept. in Burgess/Reedville. Johnny has worked in Law Enforcement for 26+ years and is currently the Sheriff of Northumberland County.
